Accessibility Service Coordinator / Administrator
Towcester (with occasional travel across the Group)
Our client is an innovative leading provider and developer of affordable housing and related services in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, managing over 11,000 properties.
They are currently seeking an Accessibility Service Coordinator to join their team in Towcester. The main purpose of this role is to provide customer service and administrative support to the Accessibility Team, providing an effective service to tenants, staff, visitors and members of the public who are being referred or are a service user.
Within this role you'll respond to a wide range of customer enquiries in person and via telephone, internet and post; monitor email inboxes that receive referrals from tenants, customers staff and partnering organisations for Organisational Therapy and Minor Adaptations and log communications for new referrals in line with relevant policies. You'll also be expected to complete pre-assessment questionnaires with service users to identify who should complete initial assessments (Assessor or Occupational Therapist); complete accurate records of assessments and help to promote, identify and maintain relationships with key Health and Social Care Agencies promoting our client's services.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a busy office environment, preferably within a property related service and will have experience of answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries and other means of correspondence. You'll be a confident user of MS Office and you'll ideally have experience of data input using databases and spreadsheets.
