Land Review Project Coordinator / Land Sales
12 month fixed term contract
£30,000 per annum
Our client has just launched their new Corporate strategy, growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.
They are currently seeking a Land Review Project Coordinator to join them on a 12 month contract. The main purpose of this role is to lead the review of Yarlington's land holdings, ensuring that accurate information is retained and identifying solutions to maximise the financial contribution that these assets make to the organisation.
Reviewing land holdings, including those associated with garage sites, you'll identify, investigate and appraise options which maximise the financial contribution that these assets make to the organisation; lead projects from initial site appraisal through to relevant submission and obtainment of planning permission and identify and deliver a land disposal strategy, including the provision of a forecast of the potential generatable income. You'll also be expected to provide marketing advice to ensure that land sale opportunities are maximised and lead on the review of information relevant to land holdings.
The successful candidate will have experience of land viability assessments with the ability to deliver project work, will be motivated and will ideally hold a relevant qualification. You should have experience of land sales along with knowledge of the planning system in particular obtaining relevant consents and you'll have a good understanding of survey software and ideally CAD.
