£24,320 per annum (rising to £25,320 upon completion of training/targets) + up to 10% performance related bonus

The Lettings Coordinator position is brand new to the team and will be crucial in helping us achieve world class by 2020. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient carrying out of all lettings administration for new and existing voids.
They are looking for someone who has knowledge of housing legislation in relation to tenancy management and proven experience of dealing with PC-based information systems. The candidate will work with our various front line teams to ensure that all tenancies are recorded accurately and that we are compliant with all regulatory bodies.
