Office & Events Coordinator/Administrator
We are looking for an Office & Event Coordinator to join our young, boutique IT Recruitment Consultancy at our office based in Southwark/Waterloo.
You'll be joining a team of Recruitment Consultants so it's a very lively sales environment and we are looking for someone who will be able to ensure everything is running smoothly. Your role will be quite varied, and you'll need to be happy with managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will report directly to the Managing Director, but you will need to be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative. The company is small with circa 8 employees but looking to grow with your help!
Ideally, you will be a graduate or intern with experience in an office based role and looking for a step-up into an office management role/autonomous role. Alternatively, you could be from a sales environment and looking for a move away from business development. Either way, you'll be natural people-person who is happy with getting stuck in to several day-to-day tasks and be efficient in doing so.

This is an urgent role for a bright, energetic graduate that loves organisation and process and has great customer service skills. We will be willing to consider more junior candidates who have strong skills and ability to keep a sales/recruitment office organised! Training will be provided in addition.
