Due to a massively successful opening year, Match Options Darlington are now looking to add an experienced recruitment consultant, to our team.
Based in central Darlington, we are in an ideal location to capture local business interest and maintain a strong presence within the local community. We also recruit nationally across all sectors so diversity is key to this role.
We would be looking for a self-motivated individual, with the confidence to cold call businesses and gain the opportunity to meet their recruitment needs. You would initially be working in the hospitality/healthcare sectors as we develop the brand further, however, you would have the freedom to use any past experiences/knowledge to implement sales in different sectors.
We would be looking for an individual to be creative with marketing and sales strategies, driven to succeed within a business environment and motivated to hit KPI's.
As we are on great public transport routes, in a town centre location, own transport is not essential.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Business to Business selling
- Advertising using job boards and social media outlets
- Customer service
- Negotiation (Fees/Rates/Terms)
- Face to Face presentation
- Checking compliance items (Right to work documents, DBS checks etc)
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent phone manner
Ability to cope under pressure
Interview skills - (explaining job roles, simplifying job specifications and information gathering)
Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information (mainly whilst checking compliance items)
Negotiable working hours.
08:30am - 16:30pm
09:00am - 17:00pm
